IPL 2019: Chennai Super Kings to donate the ticket proceedings of opener match to CRPF Jawans, martyred in Pulwama Terror Attack

The Indian Premier League is going to begin with the first battle between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Both the teams have given a great exciting match so far. Meanwhile, Director of Chennai Super Kings Rakesh Singh has officially announced that the ticket proceedings of the IPL’s opening match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 23, will be donated to the families of the CRPF Jawans, who lost their lives in Pulwama Terror Attack.

Pulwama Terror Attack was one of the deadliest attacks in the decades, which took the lives of 41 CRPF Jawans. The whole nation condemned the attack and started taking initiative to support the kins of the martyred jawans. Likewise, Indian Army paid the tribute to the Indian Army and the martyred CRPF Jawans by wearing black band and camouflages in the home series against Australia. Also, they donated the Friday match fees to the National Defence Academy in an order to help the kins of martyred Jawans with the little contribution to the respected brave soldiers.

Pulwama Terror Attack took place on February 14 and IPL is beginning from March 23. Chennai Super Kings led by MS Dhoni is still standing with those who were killed in the deadliest attack. Now, this time Indian Premier League is going to start the journey with the charity opener. Well! Calling it a charity is bad phrase to use, because it can be described as great tribute to the respected brave soldiers. Also, there were rumors that the Indian team will continue the camouflage in IPL as well.
