After six straight losses, Royal Challengers Bangalore finally got a win. Though the victory wasn’t able to stir the position at the points table, Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore will be happy to be not out. Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Kings XI Punjab in the previous clash at Mohali, where Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers were the architects of the victory. Now, RCB is all set to face a champion team Mumbai Indians, who have also suffered defeat in the previous clash.

Mumbai Indians lost to Rajasthan Royals after Jos Buttler showed some devastating form of batting, wherein an over against Alzarri Joseph, the figures were like 6,4,4,4,4,4. Also, Jos Buttler was rewarded with the Man of the Match title. Meanwhile, despite suffering defeat in the previous clash, Mumbai Indians might go unchanged. But if Alzarri Joseph will not be fit following the bad landing on his shoulder, then Lasith Malinga will come back to the playing XI.

On the other side, Royal Challengers Bangalore though have won the previous clash against Kings XI Punjab, but they need to win the next matches consecutively to be in the tournament. Since the team has just won, RCB might deploy the same XI.
