There is a Yo-Yo Test test which is concluded across the world to check out the fitness level. Each player is given a score as per the Yo-Yo Test which gives them the numbers for their fitness level. Pakistan Cricket Team Head Coach Grant Luden speaking to ICC said, that Pakistani players have done pretty well in Yo-Yo Test and left Team India behind. Pakistani Cricketer Mohammad Rizwan scored 21 points in Yo-Yo test. Likewise, Hassan Ali scored 20 points. Indian Skipper Virat Kohli scored 19 points in the Yo-Yo Test, which is supposedly the highest from the Indian Team.
Indian Cricket Team is having the basic score of 16.1 to clear the Yo-Yo Test, whereas for Pakistan Cricket team 17.4 is the limit. Among Yo-Yo Test across the world, Australia and New Zealand needs at least 20.1 points to clear the Yo Yo test. After Australia & New Zealand, its West Indies & England players who needs to bring at least 19 points to clear the Yo-Yo test. Afterwards, South Africa has the limit of 18 points, whereas for Pakistan and Sri Lanka, its 17.4. Then comes the Indian Team, whose player needs to bring at least 16.1 to clear the Yo-Yo Test.
